Handmade granola that’s always crunchy, but never sticky and candied pecans made in the heart of mid-Michigan. Happy Girl Granola is owned by Aly Caverson and supported by Grand Valley Sprout Lab. Aly was born and raised in Michigan. As an avid home baker and former pastry chef, she always made everything she possibly could from scratch, and granola was no exception. With limited flavor options and the hard, sticky consistency of the granola she found in stores, the Aly set out to make granola with a lighter texture. Always crunchy but never sticky, each batch of Happy Girl’s granola is made by hand in small batches in Owosso, Michigan with ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible
